The town center is expected to introduce about 80 shops and restaurants, a hotel, office space and more into the fast-growing 17-square-mile community, which will serve as the defining anchor and amenity for Lake Nona. Ultimately, the 100-acre destination will feature more than 4 million square feet of entertainment, commercial, retail, and restaurant space at build-out. Another amenity of the future town center appears to be "The Brewery District," which would feature a brewery, a brewery pub and brewery shops. In addition, a future 20,000-square-foot unnamed grocery store could occupy space on the northeast corner of the site. A comedy club also is slated for the property.
