Governance

The Oak Crest Community Association (OCCA) is comprised of all the property owners in the Oak Crest neighborhood. The OCCA is run by a five member Board of Directors, all of whom are Oak Crest property owners, who are elected by the members of the Oak Crest Community Association. The OCCA owns the Amenities Complex (pools, tennis courts, buildings, etc.) and the parks. The OCCA is responsible for the operation and maintenance of OCCA-owned assets.

The OCCA Board of Directors has meetings scheduled on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm at the Center Pointe Community Church, Curry Ford Road at SR 417. All Board meetings are open to the public.
